WordPress Developer & IT Support Assistant (Office-Based Palakkad)

We are looking for a practical and reliable person to manage and support our WordPress websites and basic IT operations.

n

This is a full-time, office-based role in Palakkad with long-term stability. This is NOT a design-only role we need someone who can troubleshoot issues, understand hosting, and handle technical tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

n

- Manage and update WordPress websites (pages, plugins, content)
- Troubleshoot and fix website issues, bugs, and errors
- Work with basic code (HTML, CSS, basic PHP/JavaScript)
- Identify and resolve performance or security issues
- Set up and manage domains and hosting accounts
- Perform DNS changes (A records, MX records, etc.)
- Set up and manage email accounts (Google Workspace, hosting email)
- Work with cPanel and hosting environments
- Handle CloudFront (basic tasks like cache clearing)
- Monitor websites and report issues proactively

Requirements:

n

- Hands-on experience with WordPress (themes, plugins,



troubleshooting)
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript)
- Understanding of hosting, domains, and DNS
- Experience with cPanel or similar
- Ability to identify and fix website issues
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Nice to Have:

n

- Experience with CloudFront
- Experience with website performance optimisation
- Experience setting up email systems (Google Workspace)

nLocation: Palakkad (Office-based not remote)n

Salary: 25,000 – 60,000/month (based on experience)
