We are looking for a **Design Lead** specialising in **brand design, social media creatives, digital campaigns, and UI/UX design**. The ideal candidate is a highly driven individual with a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, team management and a keen understanding of evolving visual and digital trends.

- *Responsibilities**
- Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- *Requirements**
- A excellent portfolio of work that shows your conceptual and art direction skills; including film, digital, print, experiential, and anything else you love to create
- At least 5 years advertising, social or design agency/in-house experience
- Proven track record of working across a range of clients and industries making film content
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Photoshop,



Illustrator and InDesign - you can ideas into pictures quickly
- Passion for creative designing & advertising. Strong visual storytelling and layout skills & good understanding of digital branding, UI principles, and web design
- Ability to manage a team, timelines and work independently
