We are looking for enthusiastic MBA freshers to join our IT/Product team as Associate Product Managers. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, understand product development processes, and contribute to building scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assist in defining product requirements and user stories
- Work with developers, QA, and design teams to track progress
- Support in product planning, sprint activities, and releases
- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help in testing features and ensuring quality delivery
- Track product performance and prepare reports/dashboards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for requirements and feedback
- Support in documentation (PRDs, BRDs, SOPs)

nRequired Skills & Qualificationsn

- MBA (Marketing / Operations / IT / Business Analytics)




- Basic understanding of:
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Agile methodology
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coordination ability
- Basic understanding of technology (web/apps/APIs)
