Role Description*

nThis is a full-time Assistant Cook position located on-site in Thoothukudi.n

The Assistant

nCook will be responsible for supporting the head cook with food preparation, handling ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness,



and adhering to health and safety regulations. Other tasks will include assisting with inventory management, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with the kitchen team to provide effective service.n
Qualifications*
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and handling seafood
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Prior experience in food preparation or a similar culinary role is a plus
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
