- Talking to Students & Parents You’ll be the main person answering calls, replying to emails, and meeting people who visit our office in Kannur. Your job is to explain our courses and the admission process in a way that is easy for them to understand.
- Handling Applications You will check all the application forms to make sure they are filled out correctly. You’ll also need to collect and organize documents like mark sheets and certificates so nothing gets lost.
- Helping Families Admissions can be confusing for parents. You will guide them through every step, answer their doubts, and make sure the whole process is smooth and stress-free for the student.
- Events & Field Work You’ll help set up campus tours and orientation programs. You will also represent us at education fairs and school visits around Kannur and nearby areas to find recent students.
- Keeping Records You need to enter all student details and inquiry updates into our computer system (CRM).
You’ll also pull up straightforward reports to show the team how many students are joining us.
- Working with the Team You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to help spread the word about our courses. If a student has a very specific technical question, you’ll talk to our teachers (Academic Departments) to get the right answer.

- Communication: You should be able to speak clearly and confidently. Since we are in Kannur, being fluent in Malayalam and English is a must.
- Education: A degree in any subject. If you have worked in a school or college office before, that’s even better.
- Computer Skills: You should know how to use basic tools like Excel and Email.
- Personality: You need to be patient, friendly, and very organized. You should be someone who enjoys helping people.
