You will act as the vital link between classroom learning and actual results, ensuring students stay disciplined, motivated, and academically sound through personalized monitoring and tech-enabled learning.n

nCoaching & Academic Tracking**n
- **Progress Monitoring:** Keep a close eye on daily class schedules and syllabus coverage to ensure students never fall behind.
- **Result Analysis:** Evaluate performance data from **DPPs, Daily Test Series (DTS), and Chapter-Wise Exams (CWE)** to spot trends.
- **Closing the Gap:** Identify students who are struggling and create customized "recovery plans" to boost their scores.
- **Doubt Resolution:** Ensure student queries are resolved quickly after tests and manage the timely correction of daily assignments within 24–48 hours.

Advocacy**

- **Digital Support:** Help students get the most out of our learning apps and online discussion forums.
- **Hybrid Success:** Clearly explain the value of the hybrid (online + offline) model to both students and parents to ensure consistent attendance and reduce dropouts.

nMentorship & Discipline**n
- **Time Management:** Assist students in creating and sticking to effective study timetables.




- **Attendance Oversight:** Track DTS absenteeism, organize re-tests, and address irregular attendance habits immediately.
- **Holistic Growth:** Conduct hostel rounds to maintain discipline and provide emotional/motivational support to students living away from home.

Parent

nRelations & Administration**n
- **Proactive Communication:** Act as the bridge between the institute and home. Share regular, honest updates regarding a student's progress and behavior.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain precise logs of test scores, parent meetings, and student feedback.
- **Operational Support:** Coordinate weekly activities (GIB) and assist with administrative tasks like fee updates and portal management.
- *What We’re Looking For:**
- **Analytical Mindset:** You enjoy looking at marks and data to find ways to improve a student’s rank.
- **Robust Communicator:** Ability to speak confidently and empathetically with parents and students in a professional manner.
