About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team at Media Tech Temple. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in streamlining our software development and deployment processes, ensuring smooth collaboration between development and operations teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure, and ensuring the security and scalability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the software build, test, and deployment processes.

· Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management across cloud and on-premise environments.

· Monitoring and Logging: Set up and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and log management systems (e.g., ELK Stack) to ensure system health and performance.

· Cloud Management: Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, optimizing for cost, performance, and scalability.

· Collaboration: Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure seamless software releases and improve overall workflow efficiency.

· Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices in deployment pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

· Automation: Identify opportunities for automation in the software development lifecycle and implement tools and processes to reduce manual intervention.

· Incident Response: Quickly respond to system failures, outages,



or security incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.

· Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes, tools, and technologies to enhance the speed and quality of software delivery.

Key Requirements:

· Experience in CI/CD: Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

· Infrastructure Management: Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

· Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

· Containerization: Proficiency in working with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

· Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or equivalent.

· Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automating tasks.

· Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security practices and tools to ensure secure deployment and infrastructure management.

· Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Cloud Certification: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certification.

· Experience in Version Control: Experience with Git and version control systems.

· Knowledge of CI/CD Best Practices: In-depth understanding of CI/CD best practices and tools.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bharatpur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- DevOps: 1 year (Preferred)
- Software deployment: 1 year (Preferred)
- AWS: 1 year (Preferred)
- C panel: 1 year (Preferred)
