nWe are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Director. The candidate will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.n

- *Executive Support**
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Provide reminders and updates on important tasks and deadlines
- Draft and manage skilled communication
- *Administrative Tasks**
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain records, files, and databases
- Take meeting notes and track action items
- *Coordination & Communication**




- Act as a point of contact between the Director and stakeholders
- Handle emails, calls, and meeting coordination
- Organize internal meetings and events
- *Travel & Logistics**
- Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodations
- Ensure smooth travel coordination when required
- *Confidentiality**
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions
- *Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and presentable personality
