Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Director

Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to 38,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Director. The candidate will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently
Provide reminders and updates on important tasks and deadlines
Draft and manage skilled communication

Administrative Tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain records, files, and databases
Take meeting notes and track action items

Coordination & Communication




Act as a point of contact between the Director and stakeholders
Handle emails, calls, and meeting coordination
Organize internal meetings and events

Travel & Logistics
Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodations
Ensure smooth travel coordination when required

Confidentiality
Handle sensitive information with discretion
Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role
Robust English and Hindi communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and presentable personality

Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to 38,000 per month (based on experience)
Standard leave policy
3-month probation period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
