- *Role Overview**

nWe are looking for a **Vendor Coordinator** with strong hands-on experience in production execution. The role involves managing vendor operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth project delivery from start to finish.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and allocate vendors for client requirements
- Manage vendor onboarding and profile setup on the platform
- Coordinate between clients and vendors (ensuring platform compliance)
- Negotiate vendor costs and align with project budgets




- Review and ensure quality of deliverables before submission
- Track MIS, maintain reports, and manage documentation
- Monitor timelines and ensure timely project delivery
- Build and maintain a strong network of vendors, freelancers, and studios.
- *Candidate Requirements**
- 3–7 years of experience in **production / content execution**
- Background in **advertising agencies, production houses, or studios**
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Experience handling multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
