Channel Management
n1、Identify, recruit, and develop recent second-tier channel partners and distributors within the assigned territory.n
2、Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
n
3、Ensure all channel partners are fully aligned with the company’s commercial strategy and operational guidelines.
n
4、Deliver regular training to partners on products, pricing, promotions, and sales techniques.
n
Sales & Key Project Development
n
1、Drive sales growth through channel partners by implementing structured development strategies.
n
2、Lead the expansion of key projects and major account opportunities through channel networks.
n
3、Actively support partners in key negotiations and accompany them in critical meetings with end clients to secure deals.
n
4、Coordinate internally to ensure inventory availability, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery to support partner sales.
n
Market Analysis & Performance Management
n
1、Monitor and analyze channel performance, developing action plans to optimize sales outcomes.
n
2、Evaluate the profitability, growth potential, and strategic fit of each channel partner.
n
3、Prepare periodic reports covering sales performance, forecasts, market opportunities, and competitive insights.
n
Target & Revenue Accountability
n
1、Take full ownership for regional sales results, including order booking, collection, and revenue targets achieved through channels.
n
2、Ensure channel partners meet or exceed their assigned sales quotas and performance metrics.
n
3、Proactively identify and resolve issues that hinder channel performance or business development.
n
4、Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that boost indirect sales through channels.
n
Requirements
nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.n
Experience: 1-3 years in channel sales or distributor management.
n
Experience in telecommunications, technology, or related sectors (preferred).
n
Skills
nNegotiation and deal closing.n
Commercial relationship management and account development.
n
Market analysis and report generation.
n
Languages: English 、Hindi
nTravel Availability: Frequent travel within the assigned region.
