- *Role Description**

nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader for a full-time, in office role located in India.n

The Sales

nLeader will oversee and drive the hotel’s revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, building long-term client relationships, analyzing market trends, creating innovative sales strategies,



and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the hotel’s positioning. This role requires proactive customer engagement and networking to ensure the continuous growth of our business.n
- *Qualifications**
- Proven sales expertise, including a track record of achieving revenue targets and experience in strategic planning and business development
- Strong relationship management and client engagement skills with the ability to build and sustain partnerships
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel sales, marketing, and operations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership abilities to mentor, guide, and manage a high-performing team
- Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to interpret industry trends to inform business strategies
- Prior experience in international markets and multicultural environments is a plus
- Relevant degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
