Role Overview
We are hiring experienced international sales professionals to sell solar and battery energy solutions to customers in Australia. This is a remote/work-from-home prospect with a robust incentive structure for high performers.
The role is ideal for candidates who have experience speaking with international customers and closing sales over the phone.

Experience selling solar, battery, energy, utilities, or home improvement products

Key Responsibilities
Contact and speak with potential customers in Australia
Explain the advantages of solar and battery energy solutions
Understand customer energy usage and recommend suitable solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Present proposals and close sales
Achieve daily & weekly sales targets

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of international sales experience (mandatory)
Proven telesales experience across Australia, the UK, the US, or other international markets
Solar or renewable energy sales experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Ability to work independently from home
Pre-Requisite Requirements
Must have a laptop or desktop with headset
Stable high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted calls
Ability to work independently in a remote work setting
Availability to work during Australian business hours
