Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Director

Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to 38,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Director. The candidate will act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Schedule and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Provide reminders and updates on important tasks and deadlines
- Draft and manage skilled communication

Administrative Tasks

- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain records, files, and databases
- Take meeting notes and track action items

Coordination & Communication





- Act as a point of contact between the Director and stakeholders
- Handle emails, calls, and meeting coordination
- Organize internal meetings and events

Travel & Logistics

- Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodations
- Ensure smooth travel coordination when required

Confidentiality

- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant role
- Strong English and Hindi communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and presentable personality

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary up to 38,000 per month (based on experience)
- Standard leave policy
- 3-month probation period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
