Lead AI/ML Engineer

Purpose:

n

To lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions using NLP,

n

NLU, LLM, and Generative AI technologies, while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring scalable, production-ready AI systems.

n

Responsibilities & Authorities:

n

● Lead architecture and development of advanced AI/ML solutions

n

● Define and implement end-to-end AI pipelines (data → model → deployment →

n

monitoring)

n

● Establish AI engineering standards, best practices, and governance

n

● Mentor AI/ML engineers and enforce code quality and technical excellence

n

● Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions

n

● Optimize models for performance, scalability, and production reliability

n

● Evaluate and adopt new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies

n

● Own delivery timelines, risk management, and quality standards

n





● Communicate technical trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders

n

● Authority over technical design, model approach, and AI architecture decisions

n

Requirements:

n

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field

n

● 6+ years of AI/ML experience with production deployments

n

● Strong expertise in Python, OOP, FastAPI, Prompt Engineering

n

● Hands-on experience with NLP, NLU, LLMs, and Generative AI

n

● Experience with Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD, and MLOps practices

n

● Experience leading AI/ML engineering teams

n

● AWS AI/ML services experience preferred

n

● Robust problem-solving and communication skills

n

● Experience working in Agile environments

n
