- *Role Description**

nThis is a full time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram for a Land Surveyor.n

The Land

nSurveyor will perform a range of surveying activities including conducting topographic and building surveys, utilizing total stations, and assisting in land mapping projects.



The professional will collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure accuracy in project execution and to support the development of infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and other critical structures.n
- *Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying for accurate land measurements and mapping
- Experience with Total Station devices to gather precise data for construction projects
- Knowledge in Building Surveying and Surveying techniques for construction layouts and property boundaries
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with diverse project stakeholders
- Prior experience in infrastructure projects, including roads or bridges, is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with GPS and GIS software tools is a plus
