Role Overview:*

nWe are looking for an experienced SQL & SSRS Developer to join on a contract basis. The role involves database development, report generation, and performance optimization, with close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver data‑driven solutions.n
Key Responsibilities:*
Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
Build, deploy, and maintain SSRS reports (parameterized, drill‑down, paginated).
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.




Perform ETL tasks and ensure database performance tuning.
Troubleshoot SQL/SSRS issues and deliver ad hoc reports.
Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Experience:*
5+ years of SQL Server development (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
Hands‑on SSRS report development.
Robust knowledge of relational database concepts, normalization, and indexing strategies.
Experience with ETL processes and multi‑system data integration.
Ability to handle large datasets and optimize query performance.
Solid communication and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred: Git/TFS, Power BI, SSIS.
