Role Description*
nThe Technical Sales Engineer role at Wecon India is a full time, in office position located in the Greater Chennai Area.n
Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and building and maintaining client relationships. You will provide technical support, create tailored proposals, and work closely with the sales and engineering teams to meet business goals.
This role requires an understanding of automation technologies and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications*
Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to effectively understand and address client needs
Robust skills in Technical Support to assist clients with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and presenting solutions
Experience in Sales to drive growth and achieve targets
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Familiarity with automation technology, including HMI, PLC, and IIoT solutions, is a significant advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
