Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Kolkata, India
Experience Required: 2+ Years ( Digital Marketing ITSoftware industry)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in IT and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Build client relationships and understand their requirements.
Create proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Track market trends,



competitors, and update CRM/reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling technology or digital solutions is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
