We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head - Operations to lead and oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations in a plastic manufacturing setup. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to drive efficiency, quality, and cost optimization across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacturing & Production Management

- Lead and manage overall plant operations, ensuring smooth production flow
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet business targets
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards

- Process & Cost Optimization

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across operations
- Implement lean manufacturing practices and process improvements
- Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency

- Quality Assurance

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and processes
- Work closely with QA teams to minimize defects and rejections
- Drive a culture of quality across all operational levels
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications

- Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop plant teams and functional heads
- Build a high-performance and accountable work culture




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Maintenance, Logistics, etc.)
