Job Description: Operations & Inventory Intern

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

At The Plated Project, we believe art should do more than just look good—it should do good. We are looking for an Operations & Inventory Intern who is ready to go beyond easy data entry. In this role, you will be the guardian of our stock, ensuring that every piece of art is accounted for so we can continue our mission of providing meals to those in need.

This is a hands-on role where you will master industry-standard tools like Zoho Inventory and learn the backend of a fast-growing, purpose-driven D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities

- System Management: Own the day-to-day operations on Zoho Inventory, ensuring all stock levels are accurate.
- Documentation: Accurately book purchase bills, sales invoices, and related inventory data.
- Stock Tracking: Monitor real-time movement of products from production to dispatch.
- Team Support: Coordinate with the fulfillment and production teams to ensure smooth logistics.

Requirements

- Education:



Currently pursuing or a graduate in B.Com, BAF, BMS, or related fields.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Excel and eager to learn new software like Zoho.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the small errors that others might miss.
- Availability: Must be able to join immediately and work from our Dombivli office.
