Role Description
nThis is a full time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Level-1, based in Bengaluru South.n
The Relationship
nManager will assist clients in finding properties that meet their needs,
facilitate communication between property owners and tenants/buyers, and provide end-to-end customer support.n
Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and maintaining client relationships. This role also involves working closely with the internal team to deliver seamless service and improve client engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship-building
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage client interactions efficiently
- Basic understanding of real estate or a strong willingness to learn
- Proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
- Fresh graduates with a keen interest in real estate are welcome
