Role Description

nWe are seeking a full-time Senior Technical Specialist to join our in office team at our Bengaluru South location. This role involves designing, developing, and managing robust technical solutions, optimizing performance for web and backend systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. The responsibilities include overseeing the architecture of scalable applications,



troubleshooting technical challenges, and mentoring junior developers.n

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will drive innovation, implement best practices, and contribute actively to achieving project goals.

Qualifications

- Proficient in programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Java, and Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of web development, system architecture, and front-end/back-end integration.
- Experience with product lifecycle management, including research, UX, and AI-driven engineering.
- Expertise in Customer Experience Management platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Sitecore.
- Proven ability to implement agile methodologies such as Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and continuous delivery practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in high-impact software development projects and contributing to scalable, resilient digital systems.
