Position: HR Executive / HR Operations

n

Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad

n

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

n

Experience: 3–4 Years of experience in HR Operations

n

Qualification: BBA/MBA In HR & HR Related Work

n

Job Responsibilities:

n

- Manpower planning & employee cost control
- Recruitment & onboarding (Sales, Operations, Accounts, Warehouse staff)
- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- KPI tracking & support in performance management (especially Sales team)
- Handling employee discipline, grievances & workplace policies
- Implement HR policies, SOPs & ensure compliance
- Training & development coordination
- Maintain HR records, MIS & documentation
- Employee engagement & retention activities
- Exit formalities & full & final settlement
- Support management in HR decisions & business expansion
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Ability to handle end-to-end HR activities
- Willing to travel locally if required
