Role Description

nThis is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City for a Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and executing sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth. Daily tasks include managing sales teams, building and nurturing customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring business objectives are met.n

- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Account Management and customer relationship building
- Exceptional Team Management and leadership skills to inspire and guide sales teams
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, track performance, and inform strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience within automation or related industries is an advantage
