- *Role Description**

nThe Territory Manager for General Insurance will oversee sales and business development activities within an assigned territory in Pune City. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring policy renewals. The role involves mentoring and supporting team members, conducting performance reviews,



and providing market insights to optimize operations and drive revenue growth.n

- *Qualifications**
- Sales and business development skills, including identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Client relationship management and account handling expertise to maintain and grow customer loyalty.
- Leadership and team management experience, including mentoring and performance evaluation.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to ensure exceptional client service and conflict resolution.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant insurance and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
