Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity during assigned shifts. Key responsibilities include managing a team, monitoring workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires coordinating schedules, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining operational efficiency to achieve production goals.

Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate team members




Experience in workflow monitoring and production oversight to ensure operational efficiency
Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards within a production environment
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address issues in a timely manner
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production deadlines
Prior experience in food production or manufacturing supervision is a plus
Diploma or degree in management, manufacturing, or a related field preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production operations during assigned shift
Lead and manage shop-floor team to achieve production targets
Ensure adherence to GMP, hygiene & food safety standards
Monitor product quality and minimize wastage
Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling & attendance
Coordinate with QA, maintenance & other departments
Maintain production reports
