We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer (Full Stack) for a high-impact AI transformation program in the fintech domain.

This role requires a strong full-stack engineer with deep experience in backend microservices and Next.js frontend development, along with hands-on experience building production-grade AI systems (RAG, agentic workflows, LLM integrations).

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build scalable backend microservices and APIs (Node.js / Java / Python)
- Develop modern frontend applications using Next.js (server-side rendering, performance optimization)
- Build and integrate LLM-powered features using tools like Claude / OpenAI
- Implement RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector DB, retrieval, grounding)
- Develop agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
- Work across full-stack architecture (backend + frontend + AI orchestration)
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS / cloud platforms
- Ensure production readiness, scalability, and security of AI systems

Required Skills

- Robust experience in backend development (Node.js / Java / Python)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and API development




- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js (frontend development)
- Experience building LLM-based applications (Claude, OpenAI, etc.)
- Experience implementing RAG pipelines or AI-based systems
- Exposure to agentic workflows / AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience with AWS or cloud platforms

Preferred Background

- Experience in product-based companies or tech startups
- Experience building AI systems in production environments
- Exposure to fintech or enterprise platforms

Important Note

Candidates with only Power BI, Tableau, reporting tools, or basic AI usage (e.g., Copilot) without hands-on AI system development experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
