Role Description The Customer Support Engineer is an in office, full-time position based in Bengaluru South. The role includes ensuring efficient technical support for IT infrastructure,
addressing and resolving customer issues via troubleshooting, and providing timely field service. The engineer will help manage and support enterprise-level communication and network systems to ensure seamless operation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Customer Support and addressing client-specific inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve complex IT issues
- Strong Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients and team members
- Experience in Field Service, including on-site installation, maintenance, and support
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South with flexibility and reliability
- Problem-solving skills and initiative to work under minimal supervision
- Prior experience with IT infrastructure or enterprise communication solutions is a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field
