Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to handle FMCG sales operations in the Palakkad area. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, driving sales, and maintaining solid market relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle distributors and maintain strong relationships
- Manage primary and secondary sales
- Take and monitor primary & secondary orders
- Visit key accounts and ensure business growth
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection
- Achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of FMCG sales experience
- Strong skills in distributor handling and field sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
