As a Vice President - Employee Relations, your role involves managing end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) case management. This includes conducting investigations, implementing disciplinary actions, handling grievances, and resolving conflicts. You will act as an Individual Contributor (IC) handling complex ER cases independently. Additionally, you will provide advisory support to HR and business leaders on employee relations matters and workplace policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Employee Relations (ER) case management
- Act as an Individual Contributor (IC) handling complex ER cases independently
- Provide advisory support to HR and business leaders on employee relations matters and workplace policies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Support internal investigations and ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal frameworks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a fair and compliant work workplace
Qualifications Required:
- 12-15 years of HR experience with significant exposure to Employee Relations
- Strong understanding of labour law frameworks and compliance
- Experience managing sensitive and complex ER cases
In this role, deep knowledge of Indian Labour Laws is necessary, including the Industrial Disputes Act, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH Act, Standing Orders, and Wage & Labour Compliance Regulations. The ideal candidate should have 12-15 years of experience with strong hands-on experience in Employee Relations case management and expertise in managing sensitive and complex ER cases.
