Job Description:

We are hiring an Arc Welder for our engineering company. The candidate should have basic to good knowledge of arc welding processes. Freshers and experienced welders up to 6 years are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Arc Welding (SMAW) on mild steel and other metals
- Read and understand basic fabrication drawings
- Carry out welding, cutting, and grinding work
- Ensure proper weld quality and strength as per standards
- Handle welding machines, electrodes, and tools safely
- Repair and fabricate engineering components as required
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures




- Maintain welding tools and work area

Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Knowledge of Arc Welding techniques
- Familiarity with welding electrodes and machines
- Basic understanding of fabrication work
- Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools
- Awareness of welding safety practices

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 0–6 years of experience as an Arc Welder
- ITI Welder or equivalent trade certification preferred
- Freshers with training can apply
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Willing to work in shifts if required

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
