Position Overview

nOur client is seeking a Head – Projects to lead and manage the PMO for piping and structural fabrication projects, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and execution.n

Key Responsibilities

nProject Planning & Controln

· Approve and finalize project schedules

n

· Align schedule with execution sequence (fabrication → erection → testing)

n

· Monitor project progress across all projects

n

Monitoring & Reporting

n

· Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports

n

· Present project status and dashboards

n





· Highlight delays, risks, and productivity issues

n

Delay & Risk Management

n

· Lead delay analysis and identify root causes

n

· Develop and track recovery plans

n

· Maintain project risk register

n

Productivity & Performance Control

n

· Monitor piping productivity (dia-inch per welder)

n

· Monitor structural productivity (MT per crew)

n

· Recommend corrective actions

n

Coordination & Leadership

n

· Conduct project review meetings

n

· Coordinate with project teams and procurement

n

· Ensure standard reporting across projects

n

Required Qualifications

n· Experience in piping and structural fabrication projectsn

· Knowledge of oil & gas / petrochemical projects preferred

n

· Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project

n

· Strong leadership and team management skills

n

· Good analytical and problem-solving ability

n

· Effective communication skills

n
