We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Operations Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and stock movement for PVC/UPVC pipes and fittings. The candidate will ensure accurate stock handling, proper storage, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day stock operations in the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials
- Handle the inventory of PVC/UPVC pipes and fittings efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess stock
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock planning
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, and safety of materials
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits
- Prepare stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Handle loading and unloading supervision
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in stock/warehouse operations
- Experience in PVC/UPVC pipes, construction materials, or similar industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / Excel
- Positive organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle physical stock and warehouse activities

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
