We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Operations Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and stock movement for PVC/UPVC pipes and fittings. The candidate will ensure accurate stock handling, proper storage, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day stock operations in the warehouse
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials
Handle the inventory of PVC/UPVC pipes and fittings efficiently
Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess stock
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock planning
Ensure proper stacking, storage, and safety of materials
Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits
Prepare stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Handle loading and unloading supervision
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in stock/warehouse operations
Experience in PVC/UPVC pipes, construction materials, or similar industry preferred
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / Excel
Positive organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle physical stock and warehouse activities
Additional Requirements:
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
