? We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Delivery Manager (Remote | India)

? UK Shift (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST) | ? Work with UK & US Clients

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Manager to take ownership of end-to-end delivery, quality, and client relationships across multiple ServiceNow projects.

This is a high-ownership role where you won’t just track delivery — you will own it, enforce quality, and directly impact client success.

? Role Overview:

- Manage 3–6 concurrent ServiceNow projects
- Act as the single point of accountability for delivery and client communication
- Ensure on-time, high-quality, best-practice-compliant releases
- Work closely with developers and architects to drive execution

?️ Key Responsibilities:

? Delivery & Project Management

- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle across multiple projects
- Maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines
- Run standups and coordinate developer workloads
- Proactively identify and escalate risks before delays occur

? Client Communication (UK/US)

- Act as primary client-facing contact
- Provide timely, meaningful responses and weekly updates
- Manage expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure smooth coordination across time zones

✅ Quality & Governance

- Enforce ServiceNow best practices across all deliveries
- Conduct pre-release quality checks (code, performance, security)
- Run and validate Instance Health Scans
- Own delivery quality — including authority to block releases if needed

? ? Team Coordination





- Translate solution designs into clear development tasks
- Monitor output quality and guide developers on standards
- Ensure proper documentation, naming conventions, and processes

? Process Improvement

- Build and refine delivery frameworks, checklists, and governance
- Maintain knowledge base of issues, solutions, and reusable patterns

? Success Metrics:

- High quality compliance (zero critical production issues)
- Fast client responsiveness (<4 hours response time)
- ≥95% on-time delivery
- Strong client satisfaction & proactive communication

✅ Requirements:

- 8–12 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow delivery
- Experience working with ServiceNow consulting firms or partners
- Strong understanding of:
- ServiceNow platform (ITSM, workflows, ACLs, Service Portal, etc.)
- Instance Health Scan & best practices
- Ability to review developer work and ensure quality standards
- Excellent communication skills (UK/US clients exposure preferred)
- Comfortable working in UK shift (1–10 PM IST)
- Experience with Agile / SDLC / ITIL frameworks

⭐ Preferred:

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, ITIL)
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Background in client-facing delivery or engagement management
- Experience in small teams / building processes from scratch
