Bharat Intelligence is building India's first AI-powered Rural Labour Operating System, organising fragmented agricultural labour into a structured, outcome-driven execution layer for farmers. The model is not a pure marketplace; farmers buy reliable work completion, and the operating system spans sourcing, deployment, supervision, verification, and fulfilment.

The company is starting in Nashik across high-value crop ecosystems and is building for scale across labour-intensive agriculture in Maharashtra and beyond.

Role Summary

This is a visual-first creative role for someone who can translate complex ideas about rural labour, agriculture, and technology into clean, compelling design. The Graphic Designer owns how Bharat Intelligence looks across digital platforms, field collateral, pitch decks, and product communications.

The role is ideal for a self-driven designer who has strong instincts for hierarchy and layout, is comfortable working with Marathi-language content, and can produce high-quality output without heavy supervision. Portfolio quality will be a primary hiring signal.

What The Role Owns

- Digital-first design assets: social media creatives, campaign banners, story formats, emailers, and platform UI support.
- Brand consistency: enforce visual language across all internal and external touchpoints;

decks, documents, and field materials.

- Field collateral: posters, pamphlets, instruction sheets, and on-ground visual communication in Marathi and Hindi.
- Pitch and investor materials: design-ready slide decks, one-pagers, and presentations for leadership.
- Illustration and iconography:



custom visuals for product flows, explainers, and rural-context communication.
- Turnaround discipline: receive briefs, manage your own timelines, and deliver without repeated follow-up.

Success Metrics

The strongest signal of success is a visible lift in the quality and consistency of Bharat Intelligence's visual output. Core metrics include:

- On-time delivery rate against briefs
- Reduction in revision cycles per asset
- Portfolio-level output quality across formats
- Adoption of design assets in field execution and external decks
- Feedback scores from internal stakeholders

In practice, this role should make Bharat Intelligence look sharper, more credible, and more accessible to farmers, labour supervisors, investors, and partners alike.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 0–2 years of qualified design experience;

strong portfolio matters more than years of experience.

- Fluent in Marathi - capable of writing, reviewing, and designing Marathi-language content accurately.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Owns a personal computer with sufficient hardware to run design tools smoothly.
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout especially for information-dense content.
- Comfortable taking a rough brief or reference and producing a clean first draft independently.
- Open to no-constraint travel when field visits,



on-ground shoots, or Nashik office presence is required.
- Comfortable with fast iteration cycles and a product that is still actively being built.

Familiarity with motion design or video editing tools is a plus but not required.

Work Setup

This role is primarily based in Mumbai. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional portfolio quality and independent working ability may be considered for a remote arrangement. Travel has no constraints - the role may require field visits, photo or video documentation, and in-person stakeholder sessions.

Candidates must own a personal computer capable of running Adobe, Figma, and Canva at full capacity.
