nWe are seeking a skilled Business/Performance Analyst with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Performance & Attribution (P&A;) and Aladdin and/or FactSet user-level knowledge (min 5 years) , as well as expertise in testing, daily reconciliation, and defect analysis. A solid understanding of pricing, FX, market data, performance calculation logic, and derivatives is essential.n

Must Have/Responsibilities

n•Execute UAT / system testing / parallel runs between Aladdin and legacy systemsn

•Perform daily reconciliations (positions, trades, pricing, FX, benchmarks)

n

•Investigate and resolve data breaks; perform rootcause analysis

n

•Document defects, track fixes, and provide retesting support

n

•Validate P&A; outputs (returns, contributions, benchmarks)

n

•Work closely with onshore teams for issue triage and reporting

n





•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.

n

•Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

n

•Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and test cases to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.

n

•Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and functionality of software solutions.

n

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document pricing strategies, FX calculations, market data requirements, and derivatives instruments.

n

•Participate in defect analysis and resolution, working closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
