Position Details

- Designation: Executive – Marketing
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / PGDM (Marketing)
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers with a Marketing degree can also apply)
- Salary: 3.0 – 3.5 LPA (CTC)
- Maximum Net Take Home: 20,000 – 25,000 per month
- Payroll: This position will be on the payroll of LOBO Staffing with all statutory benefits
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

nPlan, execute & optimise SEO/SEM strategies to boost traffic and search rankingsn

Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focusing on ROI, CPA & conversions

n

Create and maintain solid brand identity across digital & print platforms

n

Design engaging creatives – banners, social posts, emailers, brochures & campaign collaterals

n





Manage and update website on WordPress (content, plugins, landing pages, SEO)

n

Drive social media growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube

n

Plan and execute content calendars with timely delivery

n

Track and analyse performance using Google Analytics & insights tools

n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals

n

Stay updated with latest digital trends, tools & competitor strategies

n
