nJob Opportunity:nWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Assistant Design Manager to oversee the planning, design, and management of outdoor spaces within our luxury projects.n
About the Role:
nThe Landscape Assistant Design Manager will lead the planning, design, and management of outdoor areas for various high-end projects, ensuring all aspects adhere to established timelines and budget constraints.n
Qualifications:
nBachelors degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.n
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in landscape design.
n
Responsibilities:
n
Design Management:
nLead the creation and execution of designs for outdoor spaces across several projects.n
Ensure timely completion of all design elements, including securing necessary approvals and making material selections.
n
Oversee budgets by managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and supervising material selection processes.
n
Project Coordination:
nDeliver project milestones within specified deadlines.n
Conduct design reviews and approval meetings, ensuring effective data collection and timely updates in tracking systems.
n
Undertake regular site visits to monitor the implementation of designs and facilitate snagging processes.
n
Communication & Collaboration:
n
Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) efficiently to promote seamless project advancement.
n
Collaborate effectively with external consultants for critical project drawings.
n
Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials based on site needs.
n
Work alongside the Sales team to align client expectations and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
n
Process Improvement:
nInitiate and execute process enhancements to improve efficiency within the landscape design workflow.n
Actively participate in team collaboration and engage in learning and development opportunities.
n
Required Skills:
nProven experience within the Villa/Luxury Real Estate industry.n
Robust project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
Excellent communication and collaborative abilities.
n
Preferred Skills:
nExperience in outdoor space design and management.n
Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
