We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering fresher with a diploma qualification to join our team. The candidate will assist in construction projects, site supervision, and basic technical tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in site supervision and day-to-day construction activities
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project plans
- Support in quantity estimation and material tracking
- Help maintain project documentation and reports
- Ensure safety guidelines and quality standards are followed on-site
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Conduct basic surveying and leveling work (if required)
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with MS Excel,
Word, and basic AutoCAD (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work on-site
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute
- Internship or training experience (optional but preferred)
Working Conditions:
- Primarily site-based role
- May require travel to different project locations
