Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to work as an individual contributor supporting the sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, understand their real estate investment needs, provide product knowledge, and deliver tailored solutions that help drive the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with internal teams but will primarily focus on your own portfolio of sales activities without managing a team. Key Responsibilities: 1.
Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients to understand their real estate investment needs and business objectives. 2. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate and qualify leads for real estate properties and investment products. 3. Provide detailed product knowledge, market insights, and competitive analysis to support client decision-making. 4. Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and developers (especially Category A developers if applicable) to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery. 5. Assist in negotiation and closure support by addressing client queries and preparing required documentation. 6. Maintain a strong understanding of real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory environment. 7. Manage and update CRM systems with client interaction details and sales progress. 8.
