Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic FP&A; professional at the Assistant Manager level to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, project costing, and process improvement initiatives. The role will also contribute to cost recovery for cost-plus projects and assist in accounting and audit-related activities. Key Responsibilities Drive the annual budgeting process in coordination with internal stakeholders Develop 3 to 5 year financial plans including assumptions, scenario planning,



and sensitivity analysis Lead quarterly forecasting cycles with variance analysis and actionable recommendations Prepare monthly reimbursement statements for cost-plus margin projects with complete supporting documentation Support project costing, pricing strategy, margin analysis, and ROI evaluations Assist in monthly accounting activities, book closure, and audit coordination Improve finance processes through automation, standardization, and enhanced controls/reporting Prepare accurate MIS reports with clear financial insights for management review Candidate Requirements Must Have 2 to 4 years of experience in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, or financial modelling Strong understanding of costing, unit economics, and variance analysis Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets including Pivot Tables, Lookups, SUMIFS, and financial models Exposure to monthly closing processes and audit coordination Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Good to Have Experience in project-based or services organizations, especially cost-plus models Exposure to finance process i
