Relationship Management: Building and maintaining solid, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis: Monitoring industry trends, market activities,



and competitor products to identify new growth opportunities.

Reporting: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software and providing regular sales forecasts to management.

Key Requirements &

Skills

Experience: Proven track record of success in sales (B2B or B2C), often with 2+ years of experience.

Communication: Robust negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Target-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven by achieving, or exceeding, sales goals.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Education: Typically a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or 12th puc
