Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Employee Engagement Executive to plan and execute engagement activities for both corporate employees and store staff. The role involves frequent interaction with store teams, organizing events, and ensuring a positive and motivating work setting across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Plan and execute employee engagement activities across office and store locations

n
Visit stores regularly to interact with staff and understand their concerns and feedback

n
Organize events, celebrations, and team-building activities

n
Coordinate with HR and store managers for smooth execution of engagement initiatives

n
Maintain records of engagement activities and participation

n
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee satisfaction

n
Support internal communication and employee recognition programs

n
Travel to different store locations as required

n

Requirements:

n

n
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, employee engagement,



or similar role

n
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

n
Willingness to travel across multiple store locations

n
Ability to plan and execute activities independently

n
Energetic, creative, and people-oriented personality

n

n

Preferred Education:

n

n
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

n
OR

n
Any graduate with interest/experience in HR or employee engagement

n

n

Preferred (but not mandatory)

n

n
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

n

n
