Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospital or clinical setting.

- In-depth knowledge of hospital administration, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, NHM, WHO guidelines).

- Robust expertise in quality control,



infection management, and clinical documentation systems.

- Proficient in staff training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and hospital management information systems (HMIS).

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make timely, data-driven decisions.
