Role Description

nThis is a full time on-site role for anExecutive & Manager fornSales and Servicen, based in Jabalpur, Rewa, Satna, Singrauli.n

Key responsibilities include promoting and selling mining and industrial equipment, building and nurturing client relationships, managing new and existing customer accounts, and identifying market opportunities. You will coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, oversee projects to ensure timely delivery, and provide after-sales support.



Additional duties include overseeing equipment installation, ensuring operator training, and delivering excellent customer service to meet client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Sales and Marketing skills, with experience in identifying market opportunities, developing strategies, and achieving targets
n
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
n
- Technical knowledge of heavy industrial and mining equipment, including maintenance and service
n
- Ability to manage vendor and government/PSU partnerships, with knowledge of GeM registration processes
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving
n
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects and ensure timely execution
n
- Willingness to be onsite and work closely with mining and industrial operations teams
n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in mining or heavy machinery sales is an advantage
