nWarehouse Executive- Pharmaceutical onlyn

To oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, packing, and shipping goods while maintaining accurate inventory records using [Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)]. Supervise staff, enforce safety protocols, and ensure efficient order fulfillment to meet logistical targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Oversee receiving, loading, and unloading of goods, verifying physical counts against system records.
n
- Inventory Control: Perform regular physical stock counts, manage inventory accuracy, and reconcile discrepancies in ERP systems.
n
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
n
- Team Supervision: Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse personnel to maintain productivity.
n
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (OSHA,, etc.)

- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on KPIs, including order status, stock levels, and shipment delays.

nQualifications and Skillsn

n
- Experience: Previous experience (1–5 years) in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain in Pharmaceutical Company
n
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field is preferred.
n
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and WMS/ERP systems.
n
- Certifications: Forklift certification or warehouse management certifications are a significant advantage.
n
- Soft Skills: Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills.
n

nPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthn
