Job Title Sales Executive Location Karnataka Base in Bengaluru with travel across the state About the Company We are a trading and distribution company in the construction industry with over 50 years of experience We are distributors for multiple leading brands and now wish to further expand our business across Karnataka Role Overview We are looking for Sales Personnel to promote and grow the sales of Sealants in Karnataka The ideal candidate should have good knowledge and contacts among aluminium and plywood hardware dealers in the state and be able to support and grow our dealer network Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Dow Sealants through Aluminium hardware dealers Plywood hardware dealers Fabricators contractors and interior firms Develop and manage a strong dealer network across key towns and cities in Karnataka Regular market visits to dealers to generate orders resolve issues and ensure product visibility Identify new dealers and markets for Dow Sealants Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall growth of the sealants business Coordinate with internal team for pricing orders deliveries and payment follow-up Candidate Profile Experience 2-7 years in sales of construction materials hardware building products preferably dealing with Aluminium hardware Plywood hardware dealers Sealants adhesives or related products Market Knowledge Good understanding of aluminium and plywood hardware markets in Karnataka Existing relationships with dealers will be a strong advantage Education Graduate in any discipline Engineering MBA preferred but not compulsory Skills Strong communication and relationship-building Negotiation and closing skills Self-driven and willing to travel extensively within Karnataka What We Offer Association with a 50 year old established company in the construction trade Robust and reputable brand - Sealants Competitive salary incentives based on performance Long-term career growth for good performers Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
