Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Blowing Operator to join our manufacturing team in Sitarganj. The Blowing Operator will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of blow molding or similar blowing machinery to produce high-quality products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to perform routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor blow molding or other blowing machines according to established production schedules and quality standards.
- Load raw materials (e.g., plastic pellets, preforms) into machine hoppers and ensure continuous material supply.
- Adjust machine settings, temperatures, and pressures as needed to achieve optimal product specifications and minimize waste.
- Perform regular quality checks on finished products, including visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and weight verification, using appropriate tools.




- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions, process deviations, and product defects, escalating complex issues to maintenance or supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning molds, lubricating machine parts, and checking for wear and tear.
- Accurately record production data, including output quantities, scrap rates, and downtime, in logs or digital systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth production flow and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in machine changeovers, setup, and shutdown procedures as required.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications and quality requirements.
